My private yoga sessions are designed to support your unique journey—whether you’re seeking guidance because you’re new to yoga, navigating an injury and need modifications to feel safe and strong, or you’re a regular practitioner with a specific area of focus in mind.
Currently, I am offering live virtual sessions and pre-recorded video sessions. Live virtual sessions are recommended for individuals interested in asking face-to-face questions about yoga asana, pranayama, or philosophy, receiving feedback on aspects of their practice, or navigating a challenge on the mat. Pre-recorded video sessions are recommended if you have some experience with yoga and are looking for a specialized sequence to meet your goals, with the option to revisit anytime.
